Sales engineer

Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the construction, material in the South China market business development work;
2, visit the Design Institute, real estate developers, construction companies units for project information; complete the intended target of the market;
3, opening up new markets, new customers, increase product sales;
4, maintain and enhance existing customer relationships;
5, completed some technical support, technical exchanges with customers;
6, about the company and its products to potential customers, enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market;
7, and purchasing, trading, financial sector closely, ensuring a smooth signed contracts as well as the timely delivery of the product.
8, collect market and industry information, mutual understanding.

Qualifications:
1, marketing/or building-related professionals, high school or above;
2 material, and more sales or sales experience in the construction industry;
3, familiar with the engineering and sales processes, to conduct simple analysis of construction cost, familiar with industry terms;
4, have strong communication skills and a higher business process skills, good teamwork spirit;
5, strong learning ability, excellent motivation and ability to work independently, have challenging spirit
